Along came 2015 and there was a further slight detour helping to set up (from scratch) A ResidentialCare Home.This offered another opportunity to recruit, induct and develop a completely new staff team, again producing all the necessary policies & procedures (not just HR related but also those required for the care side of the business)
Four years along the road and the care home is making a profit (perhaps bucking the trend in a sector where even some large Social Care companies have had financial problems) so my time is again a great deal more free and so the decision to refresh, revamp and re-launch Grantham HR, with our new website and a wider range of services available in part due to the experiences of the past. This said the same common sense, down to earth problem solving approach to dealing with employee issues within business.
