Responsible for the production of a comprehensive & fully costed training plan for a multi-site and multi-role\skilled workforce.

Responsible for implementing standard working practices within the HR team and also quality monitoring of HR service delivery to Senior, Middle & Junior managers, managing a team 5 staff, thus improving the quality of service delivery to all stakeholders.
